Responsibilities
- Assist customers by providing expert advice on hat styles, fits, and customization options, ensuring a personalized shopping experience
- Shape, mold, and adjust hats using specialized tools and techniques to achieve desired styles and fits
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight new arrivals and seasonal collections to attract customer interest
- Restock shelves and manage inventory levels of hats and related accessories with precision and care
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism, maintaining phone etiquette, and fostering a welcoming environment
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and inventory management efficiently
- Experience conducting product demos or upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Flexible to work weekdays and weekends
