We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Retail Sales Associate who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating a memorable in-store experience. This role is all about hospitality—guiding customers through the process, paying attention to the details, and helping them walk out with a hat they feel confident in.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a first-class customer experience from the moment each guest walks in
- Guide customers through the full hat-buying experience, including sizing, styling, and shaping
- Educate customers on product details, materials, and proper hat care
- Assist with in-store hat shaping and customizations (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised sales floor at all times
- Operate the register and handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support daily store operations, including restocking and inventory upkeep
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Takes initiative and is eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Interest in Western wear, craftsmanship, or fashion is a plus
- Weekend availability is required
