McKinney Hat Company is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
We’re not your typical retail store—customer experience is everything we do. From expert hat fittings to custom shaping and styling, we create a hands-on, memorable experience for every guest who walks through the door.
We’re looking for someone who is confident working with customers, enjoys selling, and takes pride in delivering a first-class in-store experience.
This is a part-time role with a path to full-time or leadership for the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver a premium, personalized customer experience from start to finish
- Guide customers through sizing, styling, and purchase decisions
- Assist with hat shaping and customizations (training provided)
- Drive sales through product knowledge and confident recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised store
- Support team operations during high-traffic weekends
What We’re Looking For
- Confident working with customers and comfortable recommending products
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional presence
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability is required
