Revere Medical is seeking a full-time Adult Medicine Advanced Practitioner for an employed practice located in Newton, MA. Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical, collaborative and communications skills and have a strong commitment to serve our patient population. This exciting new Revere Medical practice location has capacity for six experienced providers in this vibrant Boston area suburb. Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including adult and geriatric patients
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Promote health education and disease prevention
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care
Minimum Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for Nurse Practitioner’s
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
• Minimum of one year of experience in the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role
• Comfortable using new technology and software
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
