What you’ll do
You’ll create a smooth, supportive experience for every patient by:
- Greeting patients and checking them in with warmth and professionalism
- Managing incoming calls, messages, and patient inquiries
- Scheduling appointments, referrals, follow‑ups, and co pays
- Assisting with insurance verification and prior authorizations
- Supporting clear communication between patients and providers
- Updating and maintaining accurate information in the EHR
- Helping keep the front desk organized, efficient, and patient‑ready
What you bring
- Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- EHR proficiency (Athena or eCW preferred)
- A positive attitude and a commitment to patient‑centered service
