About the Position: Serves on the Project Controls team within Planning, Programs, and Project Management Division. Provide scheduling and resourcing expertise and support to Project Managers and Program Managers for initiation, planning, execution, control, and close-out of programs, projects, and/or activities. Interfaces closely with Project Managers and Program Analysts as part of the District's project management organization.

Specialized Experience GS-07: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Assisting with developing, monitoring, and/or reporting project schedules; and 2) Tracking and documenting budgets for civil works projects. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).

Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Accounting, Business Management, Financial Management, etc.
