We’re hiring a Customer Experience Specialist who brings energy, professionalism, and top-tier customer service to our front desk. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers—both on the phone and in person—and play a key role in their experience from estimate to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication
- Handle high-volume inbound calls for estimates and scheduling
- Promote our services and assist customers in booking appointments
- Explain service steps and pricing clearly and confidently
- Use our dispatch system to coordinate work with technicians
- Identify upselling opportunities to maximize value for the customer
- Stay organized in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Support the team and contribute to a winning shop culture
- A people-first mindset with great energy
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to multitask
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
- Comfortable working on-site and interacting with customers daily
- Hourly pay based on experience
- Monthly bonus potential based on performance
