Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Runner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering documents and other items as needed while ensuring a high level of customer service. You must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while paying close attention to detail.
Runner Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver documents and various items to requested locations in a timely manner
- Utilize GPS technology to locate addresses and navigate through traffic
- Maintain records of deliveries, pickups, and special instructions
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and helpful
- Unload and load packages from vehicles
- Ensure package safety and security
Runner Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to lift and carry packages
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
