As a Strategist, you will support the discovery of research-based insights and the development of strategic recommendations that align with client objectives and business goals. This role combines research, analysis, and strategic planning with human-centered design principles and UX strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create actionable insights and help shape strategies that drive diverse customer and employee experiences.

What you will work on
- Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in order to create market analysis reports, competitor benchmarking tables.
- Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from user interviews, surveys, and analytics tools to create research synthesis decks, insight summaries.
- Translate research findings into clear insights and strategic implications for client initiatives and generate insight frameworks, executive summaries.
- Strategic Planning:
- Assist in creating strategic frameworks and briefs that define objectives, KPIs, and success metrics to support creation of strategic briefs, KPI dashboards.
- Support persona development, journey mapping, and service blueprinting to visualize and communicate user needs and pain points across complex journeys. Leverage insights gained from these tools to develop and test strategies to improve personas’ experiences effectively.
- Contribute to the creation of strategic roadmaps that define digital transformation, product launches, and experience improvements to support the creation of phased implementation plans.
- Create site maps and navigation flow diagrams to help structure the information architecture of websites and applications to ensure usability as well as intuitive navigation.
- Draft strategic briefs that communicate insights, directions, and recommendations to creative and technical teams.
- Plan and participate in client workshops and ideation sessions, capturing insights and aligning stakeholders. Draft Workshop agendas, output summaries.
- Collaboration & Delivery:
- Work closely with designers, researchers, and technologists to ensure user-centered solutions.
- Build annotated wireframes as well as collaborative design documentation.
- Support wireframe development, flow diagrams, and conceptual frameworks under guidance.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client goals.
- Create Idea boards; and concept sketches that actively contribute to cross-functional brainstorming sessions and generate innovative ideas.
- Measurement & Optimization:
- Track and report on project outcomes and KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. To create recommendations and iterative plans.
- Recommend iterative enhancements based on user feedback and analytics.
- Create feedback synthesis reports and improvement proposals.
- Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
- Deliverable: Retrospective summaries, best practice guides.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital strategy, UX, or related field (internships or academic projects not acceptable).
- Strong research and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to discover research-driven, actionable, and insights.
- Familiarity with human-centered design principles and UX best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Design, Communications, or related field.
- Portfolio or examples of strategic/UX work required.
- Variety of workplace arrangements, including hybrid, remote, onsite.
- Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
- Pay Range: $40-50/hr W2.
