Senior Treasury Analyst - Cash Operations

RGP is seeking a Treasury Senior Analyst to support a client in the Life Insurance industry, focusing on Treasury Operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing daily cash activities and banking operations in a fast-paced environment.

What you will work on

• Monitor and manage daily cash positions, intercompany loans, and cash transfers
• Execute FX transactions and excess cash investments
• Execute payments and settlements with counterparties and banks
• Support banking operations: account maintenance, vendor management, fee analysis
• Interact with custodians and treasury service vendors, escalating issues as needed
• Ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs and compliance with contractual terms
• Contribute to balance sheet management efforts including debt and spread lending programs
• Understand stakeholder needs and support issue resolution with banking partners

• Proven experience in Cash Management and Cash Operations
• Strong background in the Life Insurance industry
• Advanced user of Kyriba for cash positioning and reporting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  
  

What you can expect

• Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.   
• Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
• Pay Range: 
• Remote: $65–$85/hr.
• Onsite (NYC or Westchester, PA): $85–$90/hr.
