RGP is seeking a Treasury Senior Analyst to support a client in the Life Insurance industry, focusing on Treasury Operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing daily cash activities and banking operations in a fast-paced environment.

What you will work on
- Monitor and manage daily cash positions, intercompany loans, and cash transfers
- Execute FX transactions and excess cash investments
- Execute payments and settlements with counterparties and banks
- Support banking operations: account maintenance, vendor management, fee analysis
- Interact with custodians and treasury service vendors, escalating issues as needed
- Ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs and compliance with contractual terms
- Contribute to balance sheet management efforts including debt and spread lending programs
- Understand stakeholder needs and support issue resolution with banking partners
- Proven experience in Cash Management and Cash Operations
- Strong background in the Life Insurance industry
- Advanced user of Kyriba for cash positioning and reporting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
- Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
- Pay Range:
- Remote: $65–$85/hr.
- Onsite (NYC or Westchester, PA): $85–$90/hr.
