The Strategic Growth Analyst is responsible for assisting in the execution of RGP’s, public sector growth strategy. The Strategic Growth Analyst is responsible for assisting with driving pipeline development, helping with capture shaping efforts, assisting with managing strategic prime and teaming relationships, and building senior-level client relationships within the public sector.
Base Pay Range: $91,000 - $115,000

What you will work on
- Portfolio Growth Strategy: Assist with translating the portfolio strategy into actionable growth plans for near and long-term growth, developing and maturing Tier 1 and Tier 2 pursuits, conducting research and analysis on contract vehicles, incumbent and partnering positions.
- Prime Relationship Strategy: Assist with prime and teaming partner engagement, supporting structured weekly, monthly and quarterly prime pipeline reviews, analyzing and identifying under-leveraged contract vehicles and positioning gaps.
- Client Relationship Management: Surface early intelligence on funding, policy, and modernization priorities.
- Capture & Opportunity Shaping: Assist with pre-RFP shaping efforts, align SMEs and delivery leadership to capture strategy, drive structured pursuit readiness prior to solicitation release.
- Pipeline Governance: Maintain clear Tier classification across public sector opportunities, ensure structured capture documentation, partner with Growth Operations for pipeline and system hygiene and intelligence support.
- Proposal Support: Support proposal process and deliverables as needed.
- Education: Undergraduate degree or higher
- 5 years of experience
- Comfort with Gov Tribe, GovWin, GSA MAS, Sam.gov and associated AI tools
- Understanding of the Federal acquisition life cycle
- Willingness to work within a structured Federal Strategic Growth team
- Demonstrable growth and capture experience
- Desired client relationships within the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Department of War (DoW) – formerly the Department of Defense, or in federal financial organizations such as the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Department of Treasury or Securities Exchance Commission (SEC)
