Flatbed Dispatcher at RGM Transport
We're a family-owned trucking company in Bethel, PA, specializing in flatbed, stepdeck, and RGN heavy haul across 48 states and Canada. Looking for a dispatcher to join our flatbed team.
Key Duties:
- Plan and assign loads to drivers efficiently.
- Communicate with drivers and customers.
- Solve problems and handle issues on the fly.
- Update customers on any delays.
- Keep drivers accountable for paperwork like bills of lading.
- Deliver top-notch customer service.
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years in OTR trucking dispatch, preferably flatbed.
- Strong people skills.
- Leadership experience managing teams—we'll check references.
- High D/I on DISC: assertive, outgoing, results-driven.
- Open to personal growth and our values (stewardship, communication, etc.).
- Will manage about 30 drivers.
