About the Role
RGM Talent is looking for a creative and organized Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to help manage our growing portfolio of brands. You’ll oversee several social media accounts, ensure content is published consistently, and collaborate with our content creators to bring fresh ideas to life across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee several social media accounts across multiple platforms.
* Schedule and publish content according to each brand’s content calendar.
* Brainstorm creative content ideas, campaigns, and trends for the content team to execute.
* Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and creators to ensure content aligns with each brand’s voice.
* Write engaging captions and optimize content for reach and engagement.
* Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
* Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
* Maintain consistent branding across all social media channels.
Qualifications
* Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or creators.
* Strong understanding of major social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and engaging content.
* Familiarity with scheduling platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later is a plus.
* Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
