THIS LEADER WILL MAINLY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Training and leading RGL operations' employees in the areas of safety, quality, productivity and positive employee relations.
- Continuous improvement approach to enhance desired business results and eliminate waste.
- Motivating the workforce with coaching, feedback, and recognition, and applying disciplinary actions if needed.
- Monitoring and maintaining warehouse operations systems (i.e. WMS, LMS, etc.)
- Scheduling and adjusting warehouse personnel to optimize service, productivity, and associate fulfillment.
- Approving time and attendance for employees.
- Following up timely on customer service related inquiries as needed.
- Following all safety rules and guidelines as it pertains to the position.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent direct work experience supervising people and processes.
- 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Technologically savvy; proficient in Microsoft office suite.
- Proven organization skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
