Responsibilities:
- Create and Update CNC programs from offline platforms using 3D models for Milling and Turning operations
- Qualify program for production release which includes working with operations for first article acceptance
- Create Post processing environment for programming requirements
- Able to interpret blueprint for programming sequencing
- Understanding of feeds and speeds, material strengths for tool optimization
Required:
- 5 years of experience developing and writing CNC programs in an offline platform
- Unigraphics, NX, Vericut and/or Mastercam
