Residential Draftsman / Architectural Designer

RGB Custom Builders is seeking a talented Residential Draftsman / Architectural Designer to join our growing team. In this full-time, in-office position, you will work closely with our Design Consultants, estimators, and construction professionals to transform clients' ideas into accurate, buildable construction drawings for custom homes, portfolio homes, additions, and renovations. Responsibilities include preparing complete residential drawing sets, modifying existing home plans, creating high-quality renderings, assisting with permit submissions, and collaborating throughout the design and construction process to ensure projects move efficiently from concept to completion. Candidates should have at least three years of residential drafting or architectural design experience, proficiency with Chief Architect (or similar software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SoftPlan), a strong understanding of residential construction methods and building codes, and excellent attention to detail. Pennsylvania Registered Architects and Professional Engineers are encouraged to apply, although licensure is not required.
