New Home Selections and Operations Coordinator
High-End Custom Home Builder | Northeast Pennsylvania
Full-Time | In Person | Professional Environment
- RGB Custom Builders is a reputable, upscale residential construction company building custom and portfolio homes throughout the Poconos and surrounding markets.
- We are seeking a highly capable New Home Selections and Operations Coordinator to serve as a critical support role across custom home client coordination, real estate activities, and property management operations.
- This is not an entry-level administrative role.
- This position is best suited for a polished, detail-driven professional who thrives in a structured environment, communicates confidently with high-expectation clients, and can operate independently without constant direction.
What This Role Owns
Client Selections Coordination
- Meet independently with custom home clients to coordinate interior and exterior selections
- Document, track, and maintain precise records of all client selections and change requests
- Ensure communication between clients, field team, and internal systems remains organized and accurate
Operational Support
- Assist with oversight and coordination of tasks related to multiple rental properties
- Support insurance coordination to ensure accurate and current coverage across entities
- Provide administrative support for real estate-related activities
Brand & Community Support
- Assist with advertising initiatives
- Coordinate community sponsorship efforts
- Support brand presentation standards across communications

Compensation & Benefits
