Remote Site Reliability Engineer

Role Overview: This position involves managing and enhancing backend infrastructure for a cutting-edge MMO game platform built on blockchain technology. Responsibilities include collaborating across teams to improve user experience, designing operational systems, ensuring security, and maintaining scalable, reliable backend services.

Key Duties

• Work with stakeholders to optimize platform services and user experience.
• Design, build, and automate operational infrastructure.
• Lead security architecture and promote a security-focused culture.
• Ensure scalability, delivery, and reliability of backend systems.

Qualifications & Skills: Candidates must reside in South East Asia with 4 years of experience in managing production cloud deployment pipelines. Proficiency in Go, JavaScript, Python, Bash scripting, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi) is required. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes management, database maintenance, and system design for high availability is essential. Strong communication and time management skills are necessary. Nice-to-have skills include game server infrastructure, blockchain deployment, network optimization, and security tools expertise.
