- Utilize AngularJS, JavaScript, SQL, and related technologies for ServiceNow development.
- Support discovery, requirements gathering, and buildout of core ServiceNow functionality.
- Implement HR Service Requests within the HRSD scope and develop applications for Employee service requests.
- Refactor customizations during ServiceNow updates and collaborate in an Agile environment.
- Manage backend configuration, testing, change, and release processes, ensuring work quality and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3-7 years of experience, including 2 years in ServiceNow development.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, workflows, and working with Agile development.
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of HR business processes (preferred).
