Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, ML, or NLP
- 5 years in applied machine learning with enterprise product delivery
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI systems
- Proficiency in AI/ML/NLP tools like Huggingface, Spacy, Scikit-learn, Pytorch
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience supporting production systems and debugging in distributed environments
- Growth mindset, eager to learn and adapt
- Start-up or 0→1 product experience
- Familiarity with Kubernetes
- Experience integrating models into larger architectures
