Relationship Banker

Role: The Relationship Banker is a trusted advisor responsible for engaging clients through consultative conversations to understand their financial goals and recommend personalized solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by promoting and selling bank products such as deposit accounts, loans, and lines of credit, while making referrals to other banking services.
• Provide tailored financial advice aligned with client objectives, fostering deeper relationships and loyalty.
• Conduct regular outreach to clients and prospects, support sales efforts, and coach team members on sales and service practices.
• Ensure excellent client experiences by delivering prompt service and resolving issues effectively.
• Support operational efficiency through participation in meetings, training, and compliance with policies, risk management, and internal controls.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED, with 5 years of experience preferred. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish or Vietnamese are highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is required. No specific licenses are mandated, but adherence to regulatory requirements, including background checks and compliance with the S.A.F.E. Act, is essential.
