Role: Production Associate responsible for assembling and manufacturing units in a safe, efficient manner.
Key duties: Maintaining safety standards, following standard operating procedures, identifying safety or operational issues, and ensuring quality control.
Qualifications & Skills: At least 12 months of manufacturing experience within the last 5 years, ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately, work in varying positions, operate hand and power tools, and follow safety protocols.
Work Expectations: Ability to stand, walk, lift materials safely, sustain a steady work pace, and work in noisy or temperature-variable environments.
Communication & Problem Solving: Effective oral and written communication, reporting safety concerns promptly.
Physical Requirements: Ability to bend, reach, twist, and work at or above shoulder height.
