Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and process incoming parts, resolving discrepancies with vendors.
- Accurately enter parts into inventory systems like Recon360/AS400, verifying against purchase orders.
- Process invoices, scan and label documents, and route according to procedures.
- Organize and maintain inventory, tagging and storing parts by Work Order.
- Monitor stock levels, order parts, and maintain minimum inventory requirements.
- Handle returns, credits, and vendor communications.
- Distribute parts to technicians, ensuring accuracy and supporting work orders.
- Perform daily inventory audits and update systems accordingly.
- Identify safety concerns during routine inspections and report issues.
- Respond to emails, coordinate with vendors and team members, and assist with parts estimation when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years experience in parts, inventory, warehouse, or automotive environments.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
