Part-time Stock Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently displaying and stocking products to support store operations, ensuring a positive guest experience, and maintaining safety and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing merchandise.
• Properly stock, rotate, and merchandise shelves, cases, and displays.
• Notify management when products or supplies need reordering.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and their locations.
• Handle spoiled or damaged products according to guidelines.
• Keep departments clean, attractive, and well-stocked.
• Follow safety, food safety, and guest experience guidelines.
• Perform tasks in other departments as needed based on customer needs.
• Additional duties may be assigned as required.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail or related experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  
  

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift/move up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform bending and twisting. The environment may vary in temperature, and exposure to noise and weather conditions is possible.
