Role Overview

The Dining Server is responsible for delivering professional, timely meal service in a senior living community, creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide descriptions
• Bus and reset tables according to community standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Complete side work and opening/closing duties
• Attend pre-meal meetings to review menus
• Use community systems for order entry and meal delivery
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
• Build positive connections and deliver excellent customer service each shift
