Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview

This position functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker, with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Key duties include assisting with plan-o-grams, maintaining store organization, stocking merchandise, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, receive, open, and unpack cartons and totes following store procedures.
• Stock, rotate, face merchandise, and build displays; restock returned and recovered items.
• Assist with zone ordering and plan-o-gram implementation.
• Help customers locate merchandise and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Operate cash register, handle transactions, collect payments, and bag items, following cash control procedures.
• Greet customers, maintain register area, and support store setup and cleanup tasks.
• In absence of leadership, authorize refunds, oversee cash handling, monitor security, and complete necessary documentation.

• Ability to operate cash registers and scanners accurately.
• Strong customer service skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as unloading trucks, stocking, and cleaning.
• Attention to detail in maintaining store presentation and security procedures.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
