Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview: Serve as a Cashier and/or Stocker with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Assist in maintaining plan-o-grams, stocking, and merchandising to maximize sales and ensure a clean, organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, receive shipments, and stock merchandise, including rotating and building displays.
• Assist with plan-o-gram implementation and maintain product placement.
• Provide exceptional customer service by helping locate merchandise and addressing customer needs.
• Operate cash register, process transactions, collect payments, and bag items.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including floors, restrooms, and stockroom, and manage trash and cardboard disposal.
• Help set up sidewalk displays and ensure a safe shopping environment.
• In the absence of management, authorize refunds, oversee cash handling, perform bank deposits, and monitor security activities.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring cashier accountability and security compliance.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as directed.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to operate a cash register, and basic merchandising knowledge. Leadership ability and adherence to security and cash control procedures are essential.
