Part Time - Deli & Bakery Associate

Role Overview: This position involves independently preparing, frying, packaging, displaying, and stocking deli and bakery products to support store operations and ensure customer satisfaction. It requires adhering to safety, food safety, and guest experience standards while contributing to the store's financial interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce bakery/deli items according to production plans
• Package, label, and merchandise products following planograms
• Stock backroom with fresh products, rotating and dating items appropriately
• Collaborate with team members and notify managers about supply needs
• Follow safety, PPE, food safety, and cleaning protocols
• Maintain guest experience standards and assist in other departments as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least one year of retail or related experience preferred
• Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills
• Basic math proficiency
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills
  
  

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures and environments. Reasonable accommodations can be provided for disabilities.
