Key Responsibilities Include
- Owning production process definition and implementation for assigned areas.
- Conducting time studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, and work sampling.
- Developing and maintaining engineered time standards using statistical and mathematical methods.
- Scheduling and sequencing job plans to ensure efficient workflow.
- Supporting manufacturing and assembly operations of aerospace hardware, both composite and metallic.
- Prioritizing work to meet deadlines and improving manufacturing methods.
- B.S. in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of aircraft manufacturing, industrial engineering, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP and TeamCenter is a plus.
- Experience with Six Sigma and MOST preferred.
