Full-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview: The Lead Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized store with a customer-first approach. They assist customers with merchandise selection, operate cash registers, restock and organize products, and ensure store cleanliness. They provide superior customer service by greeting and assisting customers, handling transactions, and supporting store displays.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers, process payments, and assist customers with purchases.
• Receive, unpack, stock, and rotate merchandise; build displays and implement planograms.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including cleaning floors, restrooms, and stockrooms.
• Help set up sidewalk displays and assist in opening and closing the store.
• Perform duties typically handled by Store or Assistant Store Managers in their absence.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to operate cash registers, organizational skills for stocking and merchandising, and flexibility to perform various store duties as needed.
