Banking Center Operations Coordinator

Role Overview: This position involves supervising and supporting tellers to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with policies, and managing daily banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cash operations, including cash handling, vault, ATM, and TCRs, maintaining security and accuracy.
• Process financial transactions accurately, exercising sound judgment to prevent fraud and errors.
• Communicate operational updates and ensure adherence to security and audit procedures.
• Manage access controls and secure handling of sensitive assets.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and internal controls, overseeing audit functions and risk mitigation.
• Lead client experience initiatives, delivering excellent service, resolving issues, and supporting transactional efficiency.
• Promote product cross-selling, explaining product details to clients and prospects.
• Supervise team workflow, coach staff, evaluate performance, and facilitate training and communication.
  
  

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. No specific licenses are required.
