Key Duties
- Climb and work aloft using modern rope-and-saddle techniques and aerial lifts
- Prune, thin, and remove trees safely and efficiently
- Perform technical rigging for controlled tree work
- Operate chainsaws and chippers
- Follow strict ANSI and safety standards and company procedures
- Ability to safely work at heights and use climbing equipment
- Knowledge of rigging and aerial/aloft work practices
- Chainsaw and chipper operation skills
- Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and teamwork
- Willingness to learn and grow in arboriculture and landscape construction
