Responsibilities
- Assist with property listings, including preparing marketing materials, scheduling showings, and updating online listings to attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Coordinate appointments, open houses, and client meetings efficiently to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Support negotiations between buyers/sellers by preparing documents and facilitating communication.
- Manage administrative duties such as filing contracts, processing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with real estate law and Fair Housing regulations.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about local property trends and competitive listings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in person.
- Support marketing initiatives through social media campaigns, email outreach, and community engagement efforts.
- Maintain organized files for all transactions, legal documents, and client information to ensure compliance and easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational workflows and enhance overall client satisfaction.
Skills
- Currnet Real Estate Licsense preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to facilitate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Proficiency in marketing strategies tailored for real estate listings and brand promotion.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey information and build rapport.
- Customer service experience with a friendly demeanor that prioritizes client needs.
- Sales experience that demonstrates a proactive approach to closing deals.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to ensure fair treatment of all clients and compliance with legal standards.
- Administrative experience within a real estate or related environment is preferred.
- Understanding of real estate law principles relevant to contracts, disclosures, and transaction procedures.
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Real estate administrative experience that includes handling documentation, scheduling, and client interactions.
- Light accounting experience preferred.
