Web & Design Coordinator

RFID Hotel is looking for a Web & Design Coordinator. Your mission is to support and maintain the accuracy, presentation, and visual execution of our products across digital and print channels. Assist in managing product catalogs across internal and client-facing platforms, ensuring structured data is precise and consistent. Contribute to safeguarding brand integrity through detail-oriented execution.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain Product Catalogs: Keep product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and attributes accurate across multiple internal and client-facing platforms.
• Data Integrity & QC: Help maintain accurate product information by reviewing and verifying details across platforms.
• Meticulous Data Maintenance: Manage complex product elements, including multiple price sets, attributes, tags, and product classifications.
• Organize & Centralize Digital Assets: Manage images, mockups, vector files, and supporting documentation, ensuring all assets are properly linked across platforms.
• Vector-Centric Design: Comfortable handling and preparing vector artwork for production and marketing use.
• Create Custom Products & Marketing Materials: Design client-specific artwork, prepare production-ready proofs, and produce marketing assets such as social media graphics, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Art Proofs & Production Prep: Review client submissions, make necessary adjustments, and ensure all files meet print and production standards.
• Support Minor Template Updates: Make light adjustments to product listing templates or pages as needed to maintain readability and brand consistency.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring and reporting on key product data metrics including accuracy rates, pricing consistency, and catalog readiness.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, operations, and client teams to execute projects accurately and on time.
• Reporting Structure: This role works closely with the Senior Manager to execute web updates, design projects, and catalog improvements.

What You Bring

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, web content management, e-commerce, or development
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Dimension/Substance 3D a plus)
• Experience managing structured product data or catalogs across multiple platforms
• Familiarity with WordPress/WooCommerce or similar CMS platforms
• Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS (PHP/JS a bonus but not required)
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and maintaining organized data sets
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong quality control habits
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to proactively identify issues
• Adaptable and able to navigate both creative and analytical work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Motivated to learn, grow, and take ownership of responsibilities
