Our partner, Confidence Financial Partners , is currently seeking a purpose-driven Wealth Management Advisor who thrives on building meaningful, trust-based relationships—not chasing quotas or pushing products. The ideal candidate is a skilled financial planner with a strong fiduciary mindset who is passionate about helping others live more confident and intentional lives.
As a Wealth Management Advisor, you are energized by collaboration, highly responsive to client needs, and comfortable delivering comprehensive financial plans that evolve with life’s changes. You’ll work closely with a mission-driven team where Principal Partners focus on growth, and you focus on delivering exceptional, deeply personal financial planning.
Location:
- This is a full-time position located in Colorado Springs, CO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement tailored financial plans that align with client values, goals, and risk profiles
- Maintain and update plans in eMoney (or similar platforms) as life or market conditions change
- Proactively communicate with clients, responding to all inquiries within 24 hours
- Prepare and deliver clear, engaging financial plan presentations that inspire trust and confidence
- Identify opportunities to optimize clients’ financial ecosystems across all five key planning areas (investment, insurance, tax, estate, retirement)
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including investment management, insurance, estate planning, and tax specialists
- Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and their families
- Represent the firm in local markets and communities to build visibility and generate referrals
Training & Development:
- Personalized mentorship from experienced financial planning leaders
- Ongoing continuing education (CE) and training in financial planning, compliance, and client service
- Brand support and national marketing to help grow your visibility and client base

Requirements
What You Bring:
- CFP® preferred; Active Life, Health, and Series 65 licenses required
- 3 years in wealth advisory or financial planning roles, preferably working with HNW/UHNW clients
- Proficiency in eMoney or similar planning software
- Fiduciary-first mentality with a strong track record of client advocacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship management, and detailed documentation abilities
Salary Description
$70,000-$90,000 performance bonus model
