Description
We’re seeking a Digital Content Intern who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has a knack for turning ideas into clean, polished visuals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and executing content with speed, accuracy, and style. You’ll play a key role in supporting our content production needs by working with templates, enhancing visual designs, and preparing digital assets across multiple platforms.
This internship is designed to provide a meaningful, career-building experience while supporting RFG’s mission of empowering financial advisors through thoughtful, engaging, and well-executed design. Most importantly, you’ll contribute to the exciting re-launch of StrongHerMoney, helping us share resources, tools, and educational content that empower women on their financial journeys.

Location:
- This position is located in our Birmingham, AL office. We offer a hybrid schedule 3 days in-office, 2 days remote. This internship will require 10-15 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Populate existing templates with new text, images, and branding
- Perform light editing and adjustments to ensure design consistency
- Develop simple but effective visuals to support brand messaging
- Support content creation across multiple mediums, including: Program modules, downloadable resources, presentations, webinars, and marketing artifacts
- Ensure content is produced efficiently and delivered on time

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Canva and comfort working with templates
- Basic understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color use)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, “doer” mentality—someone who takes initiative and executes efficiently
- Ability to manage multiple content tasks within deadlines
- Interest in digital media, content creation, and design
