Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely, accurate, and professional client service across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Support client onboarding and ongoing relationship management, including portal setup, data collection, and issue resolution.
- Prepare financial documents and ensure readiness for client meetings.
- Open, update, and maintain client accounts across various custodial platforms.
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce and other systems.
- Manage scheduling of client meetings and events.
- Assist with office activities, including drafting correspondence, filing, and mailings.
- Understand and adhere to compliance requirements and policies.
- Provide proactive updates to advisors regarding status of client requests and office activities.
- Represent the firm with professionalism inside and outside the office.
- Attention to detail – Consistently accurate and thorough in all work.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
