A fertility center is seeking an IVF Coordinator to provide clinical support for our patients:
The responsibilities include:
- Coordinate IVF, IUI, and embryo transfer cycles.
- Schedule patients for all appointments.
- Sign all cycle consents with patients.
- Make sure all patients complete the IVF checklist before their procedures
- Confirm protocol instructions have been prepared and sent to the patient.
- Provide patient education on protocol and medications.
- Provide patients with timely responses to emails.
- Coordinate the doctors schedule so they are on time for all procedures and consultations.
- Alert finance coordinator of any changes in protocol or cycle status.
- Confirm medications have been called in or prescriptions have been given to patient'
