Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Responsible for driving strategy, tactical implementation plan and sales support of the equip-ment product portfolio and manage a team of equipment product managers. Be the commercial and customer voice throughout product lifecycle.
Develop and drive our current growing business with strategic positioning for our global portfolio of equipment products and technical services. This role will include the global commercialization of new products and services and ongoing portfolio management in support of business goals. You will will manage a team of equipment product managers and work with R&D, Operations, MarComms and Commercial teams to develop a roadmap for product, conduct market re-search, develop campaigns and communication, provide education and training, and establish pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will understand how to strategically manage the product management life cycle, basics of medical device market and be adept at managing relationships and influencing across the organization.
Drive a strong team of Equipment product managers and foster a strong team spirit to drive strategy and implementation in a global market.

- Develop strategic and tactical plans to effectively manage product lifecycle, including managing current products and introduction of new products.
- Drive business plans to achieve higher utilization and adoption across different geographies through market assessment on gaps, opportunities, trends, and competitive land-scape.
- Collaborate with the rest of the marketing and global commercial teams to plan marketing and promotional activities that drive demand and provide voice-of-customer insights for the entire organization
- Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure products meet the company’s high standards and customers’ expectation and train sales team and external partners (distributors, when applicable) and support them with product-related questions.
- Provide input to and help develop content for web, product inserts, marketing materials including white papers, capability presentations and webinars, in close collaboration with internal MarComms and external agencies
- Build and maintain competitive and technology intelligence gathering and analysis that informs portfolio strategy
- Manage a team of Equipment product managers, create and fosters a strong team spirit and be the true product champion

Qualifications:
- Master or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Science or similar
- Scientific interest and skills is an advantage
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience with product marketing, preferably from the medical device, pharma industry or other LifeScience Industry
- Passing of background check which may include verification of prior employment, criminal conviction history, educational and driving records.
