Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Leadership:\
• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring
  
  

projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Provide guidance and direction to crew members, fostering a
  
  

positive and productive work environment.

• Interpret project plans and specifications, ensuring accurate
  
  

implementation.

• Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues, maintaining
  
  

efficient workflow.

• Maintain accurate and detailed project records, including daily
  
  

logs, time sheets, and material usage reports including

utilizing software programs to record relevant information.

• Miscellaneous Construction Equipment Operation:\
• Safely and efficiently operate a variety of construction
  
  

equipment, including skid-loaders, track hoes, farm tractors,

backhoes, loaders, and other relevant machinery.

• Conduct thorough daily inspections and perform routine
  
  

maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.

• Adhere to all safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines, and
  
  

maintain a safe work environment.

• Class A CDL Driving:\
• Operate Class A CDL vehicles, including duly trucks weighing
  
  

over 26000 pounds, pulling a gooseneck trailer on public

highways and construction job sites.

• Transport diverse construction materials such as, erosion
  
  

control, seeding materials, and heavy equipment to and from job

sites.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring compliance
  
  

with DOT regulations.

• Properly secure loads and maintain accurate records of
  
  

deliveries and inspections.

• Travel Requirements:\
• Work primarily on local and statewide projects within Kansas.
• Occasionally travel to projects in surrounding states (up to six
  
  

states), requiring overnight stays and weekends when necessary.

• Must be willing to travel, and understand that travel is a
  
  

requirement of the job.
