RF Transparent is a leading provider of frameless glass railing systems, serving contractors, builders, distributors, and building supply networks across North America. We are expanding in Florida and seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to own and grow the market.
Role Overview
The Florida Territory Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of sales state wide, including developing new business, growing existing accounts, and executing a disciplined sales cycle. This is a field-based role requiring prospecting, hands-on client engagement, and accountability for territory performance. Success will be measured by pipeline health, quota achievement, and effective collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory plan to expand RF Transparent’s market presence.
- Build and grow a book of business while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across all viable channels.
- Conduct regular on-site visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-ups to drive sales.
- Maintain CRM records accurately, ensuring pipeline integrity, sales forecasting, and timely reporting.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with leadership to review pipeline, assess performance, and adjust territory strategies.
- Collaborate with inside sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Represent RF Transparent at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in building materials, construction, or architectural products.
- Proven success in territory management, account development, and building a book of business from scratch.
- Strong CRM proficiency and commitment to pipeline discipline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for frequent travel.
Preferred:
- Experience selling glass, railing systems, or related architectural/building products.
- Existing relationships within California contractors, builders, or distributors.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
