Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

As our Customer Service Representative, you're the person our customers and suppliers talk to first and trust most. You'll keep orders moving, solve problems before they grow, and stand up for our customers when matters become urgent or sensitive, all while living our Core Values.
What you'll do
Be the go-to contact
- Greet and help customers and vendors by phone, email, and at the counter
- Handle escalated or sensitive matters as the customer's advocate
- Acknowledge every customer and supplier message, and make sure every open question gets an answer
Keep orders and quotes moving
- Process orders and quotes within 2 hours of receipt
- Follow up on quotes daily
- Track hot orders with suppliers, check shipping status, and dig into any discrepancies
- Handle returns
Grow the business
- Partner with our outside sales team to keep the sales process smooth
- Reach out to customers based on their sales history during downtime
- Keep customer and vendor contacts accurate in our system and keep outside sales in the loop
- Send a daily sales report and share ideas that improve sales or processes
Stay organized
- Maintain an organized filing system and a clean workspace
What you bring
- Experience in inside sales or customer service (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building rapport
- Ability to explain information clearly and answer customer questions with confidence
- Strong organization and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation, plus comfort working both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new software
