The Loan Partner is dedicated to creating an extraordinary experience for the Loan Officer, Borrower(s) and Realtor(s) associated with the transaction. This role works with leads from pre-qualification through closing as an assistant to the Loan Officer. It is a position that requires strong customer service skills, organization, a teamwork mindset, and a solid willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a reputation for excellent customer experience
- Manage and keep an extremely organized pipeline
- Keep the borrower, referral partners, and loan officer informed about the status of the loan process.
- Keep accurate and specific loan notes in the CRM
- Maintain knowledge of program guidelines, lender overlays, and industry standards
- Review loan documents for completeness, legibility, and consistency
- Review AUS
- Prepare underwriting package with a full ready-for-docs loan package
- Review conditional approvals, and generate conditions list to borrower(s), escrow, title, realtors, etc.
- Submit conditions to Underwriter, and prepare file for closing
- Correspond with LO's, Escrow, Title, other 3rd party vendors, lenders, AE's, underwriters, etc.
- Meet contingency and loan deadlines
- Monitor rate lock expiration dates

Requirements
