Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our estimating team. In this role, We are planning to expand across 15 states, which will require prequalification and state licensing. This requires to review our current status and make sure all licensing and data are completely up to date. Check the Contractors License spreadsheet and make sure all state registrations, paperwork, COIs, bonds, and exams are current.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects portfolio, ensuring Rezzar is responding to client needs; track projects’ status.
- We are planning to expand across 15 states, which will require prequalification and state licensing. This requires to review our current status and make sure all licensing and data are completely up to date. Check the Contractors License spreadsheet and make sure all state registrations, paperwork, COIs, bonds, and exams are current.
- Manage client projects through necessary processes including responding to RFPs and preparing proposals; coordinating site visits; providing guidance on qualifying for incentives; identifying and connecting clients to regional resources and partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with public and private partners, and industry representatives to effectively advance the Rezzar’s strategy, goals, and objectives to recruit, grow and retain primary sector business that align with Rezzar priorities.
- Evaluates and selects bid opportunities most likely to result in profitable bid award.
Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
