Description
- meeting and welcoming customers to our service department
- checking in customers to the service department with electronic devices
- moving customer cars
- communicating between customers and fellow employees
- shuttling customers to- and - from the service department
- maintaining cleanliness of loaner fleet between customers
- ensure all loaner vehicles are cleaned, sanitized, and presentable before each handoff
- perform interior vacuuming, surface wipe-downs, and exterior washes as needed • Monitor vehicle condition and report any damage or maintenance concerns
