Qualifications
- What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build rapport and connect with prospective clients
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales technology
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-through
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven sales environment
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and accountable
- Coachable and eager to learn proven sales scripts and systems
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales and appointment-setting goals
- Persistent, professional, and committed to continuous improvement
- What You’ll Do
- Qualify buyer and seller leads and identify their real estate needs, goals, and timeline
- Follow up with prospects by phone, email, and other channels to nurture leads
- Schedule and confirm real estate appointments for Sales Agents
- Prospect for new business through high-volume daily outreach
- Use proven real estate sales scripts and techniques to overcome objections and convert leads
- Educate prospects on EmpowerHome Team’s services and value
- Maintain accurate CRM records, lead notes, and follow-up tasks
- Manage daily calls, contacts, appointments, and sales performance goals
- Participate in sales training, coaching, and role-play
- Consistently apply proven sales systems and processes to improve lead conversion
- Deliver a professional customer experience and represent the EmpowerHome brand
- Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
