We are looking for hardworking, motivated Real Estate Agents to join our team of professionals. Our agents are frequently the first contact for customers with questions about buying. leasing or selling property and are responsible for showing home listings and completing the sale of new homes. The successful candidate for this position will be professional, detail-oriented and enjoy customer service. We are current only hiring DC Residents.
Responsibilities:
- Present your clients with pricing and information on properties that have already been closed.
- Participate in real estate related events.
- Check records to ensure that the current owner is selling the home before meeting with buyers.
- Be knowledgeable in laws pertaining to real estate.
- Be knowledgeable about real estate in your area including market information and home values.
- Know about different financing options for those purchasing property.
- Work with agents to get prospective properties ready for buyers.
Pay: $69,318.00 - $175,000.00 per year
