What are the responsibilities and job description for the Robotics Support Technician position at Reynolds and Reynolds?

In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting and maintaining our Relo automated parts delivery robot, a cutting-edge system designed to improve efficiency in automotive service departments. You’ll work side by side with customers and on-site technicians to make sure Relo operates smoothly and reliably every day.
In this role, you will:
- Help troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Respond to support calls, identify problems, and document the solutions you find.
- Assist customers with questions and help address any factors that might affect Relo’s performance.
- Follow up to ensure customers are satisfied and everything is working as it should.
In this role, you will:
- Test and evaluate product updates and share feedback to improve Relo’s performance and reliability.
- Create and update support materials to help others troubleshoot more efficiently.
- Assist with repairs and maintenance of robots used in production and testing environments.
You’ll also travel to customer sites to install Relo robots, provide hands-on training, and support both customers and internal teams in learning how to operate the system confidently.
