Duties
- Operate and monitor dairy processing equipment to ensure efficient dairy processing during night shifts
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on filtration systems and associated machinery
- Conduct quality checks and document process parameters to maintain product standards
- Assist with cleaning and sanitation of equipment in compliance with safety standards
- Support plant safety protocols by identifying potential hazards and maintaining a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize operational efficiency and troubleshoot technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and equipment performance
Qualifications
- Prior experience or knowledge in manufacturing equipment in the dairy industry. HMI interface. CIP systems.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic troubleshooting techniques
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to machinery operation and plant environment
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
