- Shift: Full Time, Rotating schedule
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement
- Salary: $100,295-125,369 plus annual target bonus
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification highly preferred
Position Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements continuous improvement initiatives within their local manufacturing plant to drive improved operational performance and develop Operations Excellence tools and platforms to drive transformation across the plant
- Create detailed data analytics utilizing process information and financial reports to assess manufacturing activities and identify improvement opportunities
- Provide expertise, leadership, and training on TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and other structured continuous improvement techniques to all employees within the plant
- Utilize a hands-on approach in working with the front-line team members to promote and deploy sustainable continuous improvement activities
- Provide project management leadership to implement pilots and the ongoing rollout of new continuous improvement plans
- Collaborate with and influence all functional areas to ensure the continuous improvement strategy is understood and is sufficiently supported by the appropriate stakeholders
- This position may require travel up to 20% of the time
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 9 plus years of specific experience
- Master’s Degree
